Resolve an observation

In the complete JSON, match a case or finding’s observation_ids (or a pathway’s decisive_observation_ids) to strategy.observations or critical_capabilities.observations. Each observation preserves its text, period, evidentiary role, limitation, and source_ids. Resolve those source IDs in the top-level sources list for publisher, URL, provenance, and admitted use.

observation_links distinguishes direct case evidence from cross-case and portfolio context. Context is not a case-specific outcome measurement.

Contracts and remaining limits

Each workstream includes metric_contracts and case_contracts. These reproduce the general measurement rules and existing case plans; they are not newly completed measurements. Full case-specific eleven-field objective contracts, applied metric tables, and page-level citation locators were not consistently recorded. The JSON discloses those gaps in contract_limitation; no missing observations, thresholds, or locators have been invented.

Publication is separate from evidence date

publication identifies the last verified production receipt and the status of this content revision. The evidence cutoff remains 2026-08-14. Historical private or pending launch snapshots are not today’s publication state.

gaps.frozen_inputs identifies the reviewed input revision and SHA-256 fingerprints. These current publication fingerprints detect later changes; they do not prove that hashes existed at original adjudication, causal validity, or external peer review.
